According to the inside information received from the sources at the World Wrestling Entertainment or the WWE, key figures in the board room have decided to back welsh born professional wrestler Mason Ryan and he is expected to get a renewed push in the industry, starting with the Royal Rumble, one of the biggest pay-per-view events in the WWE franchise where he is a part of the 30 man traditional Royal Rumble matchup and is expected to feature prominently in the match. However, according to the sources inside the WWE, one man who did not favor the lobbying for the Welshman was the Chairman and the CEO of the WWE, Vince McMahon and it is expected that McMahon will come out as a villain against the 28 year old.

The former New Nexus member was last given a push to succeed in the industry just after he quit the New Nexus and was showing promising as singles wrestler and it looked as if Mason Ryan was the next big thing in the industry. However, with the crowd at the famous Madison Square Garden in New York favoring Cody Rhodes, the son of the legendary The American Dream Dusty Rhodes in their traditional Survivor Series match, the WWE decided to stop promoting him on a regular basis.

Since that time, Ryan has made only a handful televised appearances in the WWE on Raw and was made to wrestle in the Florida Championship Wrestling or the FCW, the training wing of the WWE. However, with most of the senior members of the WWE board once again lobbying for a successful comeback into mainstream wrestling for Mason Ryan, it seems that the wrestler from Wales is about the big superstar in the industry that he had once dreamed of becoming and which had led him to come to the United States.
